Thinking It, Feeling It, Doing It is a practical resource for staff working in Early Years settings.  The main aim of the resource is to give all practtitioners a sense of why what occurs, often instinctively, within an early years childcare setting is so vital to a child's developing brain and therefore to their well-being, learning and behaviour.
